Mr. Rwabuhanga is a senior advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Zanzibar and subordinate Courts thereto. He is a holder of a Bachelor Degree of Laws (LLB)(Hons) (Dar). He has attended various courses organized by international development law organizations in Malaysia, Italy, and Turkey. His areas of expertise are immigration, banking, corporate, mining, criminal, general litigation, and arbitration.
Mr. Rwabuhanga has rendered various opinions and handled multiple immigration issues for various clients including Gewoma Mining Company, Geita Gold Mining Company, Akiba Commercial Bank, and other various reputable individuals.
Before founding Rwabuhanga and Co. advocates, Mr. Rwabuhanga worked as a principal state attorney, mainly as Deputy Director of Constitutional and legal affairs at Ministry of Constitutional and Legal Affairs for several years.
As a distinguished criminal law and multiskilled advocate, Mr Rwabuhanga has been involved in the creation, receivership, and dissolution of various companies, successively representing reputable individuals and entities in general litigation. He was directly involved in advisory services for corporate clients including KC Clothes and Company Limited, Akiba Commercial Bank, Blue Will Cables Company, and Gewoma Mining Company Ltd.
