Ms. Kwandu is a Holder of a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from Saint Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania.
Before becoming an advocate at Rwabuhanga Advocates, Ms. Kwandu worked as an advocate and a researcher for various law firms,and as a law secretary for various reputable Mining Companies including GEWOMA MINING COMPANY.
Ms. Kwandu has been involved in preparation of legal opinions and other advisory matters on various aspects of law such as mining law, labor, employment, banking law, due diligence, petroleum and gas matters, and intellectual property law.
Ms. Kwandu is a renowned expert on the preparation of due diligence reports, merger and acquisition issues, winding/dissolution of companies, formation of business entities, capital markets, and general civil litigation. Ms. Kwandu has 5 years of experience in mastering both contentious and non-contentious issues.
